Kirsten Unfried

Kirsten Unfried has more than three years of experience in the international health field. In her current role at ICF, she supports analyses of data drawn from the client’s portfolio of grants, produces reports and presentations highlighting portfolio results suitable for multiple audiences, maintains a database of grantee data, supports the organization and management of grantee training events and key project review processes, and supports grantees in their use of small-sample population-based surveys and their reporting of results.

Ms. Unfried served as a Peace Corps health volunteer in The Gambia, West Africa, where she worked with rural outreach maternal and child health clinics. She spent a year in Thailand on the Burma border where she provided technical assistance to Burmese health organizations implementing reproductive, maternal, and newborn health programs among their internally displaced ethnic minority communities.
