Joquetta Taylor has worked in the education and early care programs field for 11 years. She is a Georgia Early Childhood Education Specialist and currently works with Head Start grantees within the Region IV Training and Technical Assistance Network. Ms. Taylor has extensive experience in the Head Start Program as a teacher and curriculum specialist. She also has experience as a trainer and technical assistant, guiding private child-care programs through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) standards of care and National Early Childhood Program Accreditation (NECPA) as well as conducting training sessions for early childhood education staff.
Ms. Taylor has an M.A. in Public Administration and a B.S. in Child and Family Development from Georgia Southern University.
