Gordon is a technology leader with experience in architecting, leading, and delivering innovative mobile, digital, and marketing technology solutions for some of the biggest brands in the world, including Wyndham Hotels, WestJet, and United Healthcare. He also has extensive experience in building technology teams, processes, and secure hosting infrastructure environments to support clients with strict regulatory, accessibility, data governance, and security standards. These clients include the Ontario Energy Board and Ontario Lottery Group.
Gordon has designed and implemented innovative and award-winning solutions for our Canadian clients including, Boston Pizza, Rogers/Live Nation, and Molson Coors. For Boston Pizza, Gordon led the architecture and implementation of their web, e-commerce, and loyalty platforms onto enterprise-grade Adobe and Salesforce solutions. His work won a Gold at the 2018 Canadian Marketing Association Awards in the Food and Beverage category. For Rogers/Live Nation, Gordon’s work on a wireless box office solution created the first fully transactional mobile ticketing solution in North America and received a Best in Class award at the 2009 international Interactive Media Awards. For Molson Coors, Gordon oversaw the integration of the brand’s mobile web portfolio into a unified content management system, as well as a wide range of industry-first digital marketing implementations including the Coors Light Iced-T iPhone and Facebook app, winner of the 2012 Mobile Marketing Association Award for Best Use of Social Media.
Gordon has also worked as a developer with Research In Motion, Electronic Arts, and IBM. He has also been a technical consultant with workforce management software leader Infor (formerly Workbrain), where he provided services to major clients including Bristol-Myers Squibb, Formica, and British Airways.
