Cagney Stigger

Senior Associate

Cagney is a Senior Associate at ICF and has more than ten years of experience in conducting public health research and evaluation.

Over the course of her career, Cagney has worked on projects at the federal, state, and local levels where her work has focused on building capacity across organizations and evaluating chronic disease prevention programs. In blending her evaluation and research expertise, her work has been instrumental in translating research findings and evidence into practice, and identifying the extent to which health interventions can fit within real-world contexts.

In her current project role, she provides subject matter expertise and evaluation technical assistance (ETA) to state and local health departments that are implementing evidence-based strategies designed to reduce health disparities. Under the scope of this project, she works collaboratively with grantees in evaluating outcomes of implementation efforts, and supports the development of dissemination materials that lend support to translation.
