Wendy Sisson

Wendy Sisson has nearly 25 years of experience working across the human services spectrum and has managed a portfolio of multifaceted technical assistance (TA) projects for a range of federal clients, including the U.S. Department of Education (ED), the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and the U.S. Department of Justice.

Ms. Sisson's experience includes implementing and directing large-scale TA projects and strengthening organizational and individual capacity to achieve successful program outcomes for her clients. She oversees TA projects within the youth and adult education sectors and serves as project director of the ED Reform Support Network.

Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Sisson served as director of the National Laboratory Network (NLN) and project director for the ED Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools Emergency Response and Crisis Management Technical Assistance Center.
