Clelia is an associate at PulsePoint Group where she focuses on social and digital listening, issues management and change management for the communications function. She supports projects in primarily regulated industries, such as healthcare and energy, developing the tools, processes and plans our clients need to drive high-impact communications across the enterprise.
Prior to joining PulsePoint Group, Clelia worked in Corporate Affairs at Levi Strauss & Co. There, she focused on communications measurement, developing performance reports, monitoring media coverage and analyzing competitors to optimize the company’s communications tactics. She also supported the internal communications team in their employee engagement efforts.
Clelia holds a masters degree in Strategic Public Relations from the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication, as well as a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Lyon II. Clelia was born and grew up in Lyon, France.
