Ms. Ram has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating health, climate change, and development programs in Asia, Latin America, and select countries in Africa. By serving in a senior advisory role, she has provided technical assistance to headquarters and field personnel to build capacity at local and national levels to ensure high-quality programming, alignment with best practices, and results. She has led the development of comprehensive Performance Management Plans (PMP) and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks that guide a program’s performance management efforts to achieve greater impact. Through her diverse experiences, she has honed the use of both qualitative and quantitative research methods to evaluate program effectiveness and determine impact. Her excellent group facilitation and training skills emphasize adult learning and participatory methods. She also has extensive experience building the capacity of implementing agencies, government, and private sector partners to improve the use of high-quality data for decision-making and strengthen program implementation and M&E. Ms. Ram is an experienced gender specialist with the ability to find entry points to mainstream gender activities. She has extensive experience in several sectors, including child survival, maternal reproductive health, and infectious diseases including malaria and tuberculosis, and climate change mitigation. Ms. Ram is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
