Dr. Rajesh leads ICF’s Education Services in India. She has 20 years of experience in designing and conducting early childhood education research and evaluation studies. Her expertise incudes conducting desk reviews; developing data collection tools; travelling to far-reached field locations for data collection; conducting training for field staff; assessing children; observing classrooms and programs; conducting interviews and focus groups with a variety of education stakeholders, developing coding and analytical frameworks, writing detailed reports and organizing and conducting expert consultations for her projects. Dr. Rajesh skillfully utilizes a consultative participatory approach to understand and work with government, non-government, private multilateral and international organizations and is an experienced project manager. She is widely travelled in India and abroad for research and presentations and has 12 articles and publications to her credit. Her doctoral work in Cambodia, a challenging foreign locale (Asia-Pacific region), exemplifies her sensitivity towards working with vulnerable women and children living in difficult circumstances. Dr. Rajesh has a doctoral degree in Child Development and Women Studies from Lady Irwin College, University of Delhi, New Delhi, India.
