Kathleen Rafferty
Partner, Corporate and Public Affairs Director
Kathleen is an expert in corporate communications and public affairs with nearly 20 years of experience.

Kathleen leads our corporate and public affairs practice, providing clients with expert counsel on corporate social responsibility (CSR), issues management, public affairs, executive positioning, and thought leadership. Kathleen has diverse domestic and international experience, having worked in the private, public, and non-profit sectors.

Throughout her career, Kathleen has analyzed and developed a number of CSR strategies, programs, and reports, leveraging GRI, ESG, and SASBE reporting standards, in alignment with the United Nations’ sustainable development goals. She provides corporate communication counsel to a range of clients working in food and beverage, healthcare/pharma, financial services, education, IT, and nonprofit organizations. Her counsel includes developing community engagement, employee engagement, and crisis strategies; coaching c-suite executives on internal positioning and communication; and analyzing reputational risks.

Prior to working in the private sector, Kathleen was director of communications for the New York City Mayor’s Office to Combat Domestic Violence under the Bloomberg administration. Kathleen previously served in AmeriCorps, working with inner-city, at-risk youth.
