Brittany is a senior director at PulsePoint Group where she focuses on social enablement, education and analytics.
Since joining PulsePoint Group in January 2010, Brittany has worked with Wells Fargo, Toyota USA, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Delta Air Lines, the Aruba Tourism Authority, Nokia and several pharmaceutical companies to develop corporate social media strategies and design listening, measurement, engagement, training and performance management processes to enhance and optimize social media in complex and regulated industries.
She has also developed and led social media programs that include influencer engagement, digital monitoring and response, content strategy development, issues management and social stakeholder engagement, and frequently leads social media education programs for clients.
Prior to joining PulsePoint Group, Brittany worked at global public relations agency Cohn & Wolfe in the digital practice. There, her responsibilities included digital monitoring strategy and execution, social media consulting and metrics tracking. She worked with clients such as ExxonMobil, Hampton Inn and Pervasive Software. She also played key roles in digital new business projects.
Brittany holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin with minors in Business and Computer Science.
