Kailash Mozumder ICF Alumni

Kailash Mozumder has 12 years of project experience and is an ecologist with technical expertise in wildlife biology, preserve management, and conservation planning. He is one of only 16 people in the state of California permitted to handle the federally endangered arroyo toad. Mr. Mozumder has managed numerous projects throughout the state of California where he has applied his skills and experience with conducting threatened and endangered species surveys, habitat assessments, impact assessments, permitting, developing resource management plans, wildlife and resource agency negotiations, habitat restoration, and preparing environmental documents for Endangered Species Act (ESA), California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. In addition to his project work, Mr. Mozumder teaches courses both internally and externally on technical writing, CEQA, and environmental monitoring and compliance.
