David Morris joined ICF in early 2016. He has more than 25 years of experience in leading healthcare service operations for providers and plans. At ICF, he will be responsible for growing the company’s hospital and health system consulting practice, with a focus in consumer and patient engagement.
Prior to joining ICF, David spent seven years in CSC’s Healthcare and Life Sciences consulting group, where he rose to managing partner and expanded their health delivery and health plan solutions to include customer relationship management (CRM), telehealth, population health and patient engagement offerings. In 1998, Morris founded =partner, a virtual technology services firm that provided infrastructure for hospital and healthcare start-up clients. Morris has also served as Professional Services VP for Eclipsys, where he led the launch of the company’s project management office and community hospital solutions.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the University of Florida.
