Beth Morgan has more than 14 years of leadership experience in the software development field. Her areas of focus have included the charitable, trade, and professional association industry; enterprise portal; enterprise content management; fundraising; custom .NET applications; and benefits administration. Ms. Morgan has a wide range of experience involving project management, business process definition, requirements gathering, system specifications documentation, documenting and executing test plans, developing technical training materials, and conducting technical training.
Ms. Morgan recently managed the launches of both the American Council on Education's redesigned website and a business process workflow application for Freddie Mac. Her clients also include the American Physical Therapy Association, CFA Institute, Air Serv International, The Nature Conservancy, PBS, The Teaching Company, Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, and the National Business Center of the U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI).
Ms. Morgan has a B.A. in Marketing and International Business from the Pennsylvania State University, and she is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a Certified Scrum Master.
