Wais has facilitated thousands of Agile ceremonies throughout his career, including sprint planning and kickoff meetings, daily scrum calls, backlog refinement, story point sizing, three amigos future planning, Agile roadmap reviews, sprint demonstrations and reviews, and team retrospectives. He has coached and led dozens of multimillion-dollar system development and information technology modernization efforts to realize a faster return on investment by using Agile and Lean methodologies.

With over a decade of direct experience supporting federal clients, Wais also has particular expertise in customizing delivery processes that leverage the benefits of agility while also accounting for the unique organizational constraints commonly found in the public sector.
