Vice President, Strategy & Business Development

David brings 30 years of experience working in both the public and private sector to his role as Vice President of Strategy & Business Development for ICF's Enterprise Cybersecurity & Resilience Group. David’s principal responsibilities are twofold. First David is responsible for collecting input from a variety of sources to better understand market trends and client demand which is used to assist in the development of the team’s strategic direction. Second, David is responsible for the tactical execution of that plan as it pertains to identifying new opportunities where ICF can apply its expertise to serve clients and advance their mission objectives.

In addition to his role at ICF David is also the Co-Chair of the Northern Virginia Technology Council’s Cybersecurity Committee and is working with the Senior Executive Service Association on the development of a Cybersecurity Handbook. The purpose of the book is to provide guidance on the topic of cybersecurity and all its facets for senior executives in the Federal Government.
