Raghav Mathur has 6 years of experience in business research, consulting and analytic projects in the energy sector. Raghav has been extensively involved in both upstream and downstream studies in global fuel markets of natural gas/Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG), small scale LNG and coal.
He has worked with various gas majors within the Public Sector like GAIL, BPCL. Within the private sector like, Shell, British Gas, Engie, Exxon Mobil, Petronet LNG Limited and others. As well as with Government organizations (PNGRB – Midstream oil and gas regulator of India, DGH – Upstream) and funding agencies (World Bank, FCO) on policy and regulatory side emphasizing on increasing gas market and debottlenecking gas sector for higher growth.
Raghav has worked on projects involving Indian and global gas market studies, LNG terminal feasibility, LNG procurement and business strategy development, LNG as fuel for transportation, International best practices for Indian gas market for the downstream sector, conducted market survey of industries across India and various other projects across the whole gas value chain.
