Amber Martin
QA/QC Analyst

Amber joined ICF in 2012 as a research technician. She is currently a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) Analyst for Customer Care Services-Operations in Martinsville, Virginia. Her areas of expertise include risk management, implementing QA/QC procedures, and developing more efficient ways to track quality data. While supervising a driven quality control/training team, she strives to ensure internal goals are met and client expectations are surpassed by delivering a high quality product. With a can do attitude and a hands on approach, Amber continues to prove how ICF makes big things possible for its clients.

When away from ICF, you can find Amber supporting local small businesses, especially those that offer fine dining and desserts. Her hobbies include Sudoku puzzles, interior design (HGTV, games, and social media), and reality TV. You may also observe Amber singing and/or dancing from time to time to keep positive energy flowing amongst her colleagues.
