Sharan London leads the homelessness and supportive housing team, providing training and technical assistance to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Office of Special Needs Assistance. She joined ICF after almost 15 years as the executive director of the Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless, which she grew into a $10 million organization with more than 120 employees providing supportive services, emergency shelter, and transitional and permanent supportive housing to ;more than 1,600 men, women and children a year.
In addition, she was the president of Coalition Homes, Inc., a housing development corporation that owned and operated housing, including condominiums, townhomes, single family houses, and multifamily housing. Coalition Homes developed the first single room occupancy building in the county, housing 32 single adults exiting homelessness.
Ms. London has a masters degree in General Administration from the University of Maryland.
