Josh oversees all creative work produced by our advertising, PR, brand, and social verticals, including work for Beam Suntory, Danone, MolsonCoors, Bissell, MarsWrigley, Muscle Milk, Belize Tourism Bureau, KraftHeinz, Hotels.com, and Target.

Named one of the industry’s “Innovator 25” by the Holmes Report, Josh has served as the developer and keeper of our planning and creative process since he helped to open the doors of our predecessor agency, Dig Communications, in 2004. Since then, our firm has built a reputation as one of the most creative and effective entities in the industry.

Under Josh’s creative leadership, our team has won “Creative Agency of the Year,” “Best Consumer Consultancy in the World,” and “PR Agency of the Year.” His team has won numerous accolades, including Cannes Lions, Sabre Awards, Effies, Shorties, Hashtag Sports Awards, Anvils, and Bulldogs.
