Robyn Link has more than 17 years of experience delivering technical and enterprise software solutions for a variety of industries. In the past 10 years, she has specialized in the energy industry partnering with more than 80 of the largest utility companies in North America to provide customer engagement, data analytics, customer service, energy efficiency and management, complex billing, and smart grid, including advanced metering infrastructure (AMI), meter data management, demand response, and outage management solutions. She also focuses on managing strategic client relationships and implementing customer engagement solutions within the energy sector.
Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Link led account management efforts and directed implementation of the Aclara enterprise software solution (Saas) at some of the largest investor-owned utilities.
Ms. Link has a B.A. from Tufts University.
