Maya came to ICF in 2005, with a background in instructional design and training facilitation. Her most impactful projects at ICF include serving as the training manager on two different post-disaster recovery programs – Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and Superstorm Sandy in New Jersey. Currently, she leads large-scale change management initiatives and creates leadership development programs for commercial and federal clients. She also enjoys teaching sessions on conflict management, teambuilding, performance management, coaching and developing others, effective communication, and train-the trainer skills.
When she is not traveling for work, she is passionate about exploring the world, hiking in the woods, and photographing her adventures.
