Christina Anderson Langer joined ICF in 2018 and has almost 30 years of experience in information technology and systems program management and professional services. She is the Senior Program Manager for the Cyber Superiority Transition Bridge Force contract at Air Combat Command, Langley Air Force Base, Virginia.
Mrs. Langer served in the United States Air Force for 21+ years, including command, MAJCOM, Air Staff and two Joint tours. After retiring, Mrs. Langer supported the Defense Information Systems Agency as a Program Manager for the Arctic Slope Regional Corporation and Strategic Planner/Site Lead for ExecuTech Strategic Consulting.
Mrs. Langer holds Masters degrees in Public Administration from Troy State University, Information Resource Management from the Air Force Institute of Technology and Military Operational Art and Science from Air Command and Staff College. She is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
