Michael Koszalka has more than 30 years of experience in the utility industry, both within utilities and in a consulting role. He is responsible for all Western regional activities related to energy efficiency, including business development, project execution, and management. He has led all aspects of demand side management (DSM) programs—from business case development and integrated resource planning (IRP) to developing and evaluating requests for proposals for implementation services. He has developed and implemented strategic marketing programs.

Mr. Koszalka has an M.B.A. in Marketing Management from Golden Gate University and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California–Berkeley.
