Kristine Kilgore is a ServiceNow and client engagement expert with 20+ years of experience in IT modernization and business transformation, including 10 years of dedicated focus within the ServiceNow ecosystem. As our ServiceNow practice lead, she provides leadership, strategy, and management support to ICF’s team of 400+ ServiceNow practitioners who deliver transformational outcomes for government and commercial clients. Her leadership is integral to building ICF’s brand in the highly competitive ServiceNow market within the federal civilian, defense, and commercial markets.
Kristine draws on her experience overseeing hundreds of successful ServiceNow implementations across multiple customer bases to develop successful long-term relationships with clients and build high-performing collaborative teams. Working together, they provide scalable, low-code/no-code solutions to help these clients better meet their missions. Her contributions in driving our Elite-level ServiceNow partnership, growing our ServiceNow practice, and enabling clients' success helped ICF secure the 2022 ServiceNow Americas U.S. Federal Partner of the Year award.
Prior to joining ICF, Kristine was the vice president of customer success for the ServiceNow practice at ITG, which was acquired by ICF in 2020. Earlier in her career, she led the establishment of an award winning ServiceNow practice and gold partnership for IT Coalition, a global company focused on delivering IT and business solutions to civilian, intelligence, and defense customers. Her accomplishments led to her selection as a 2019 AFCEA 40 Under 40 award winner by providing innovation, thought leadership, and support to her organization and clients.
Kristine’s experience starting, scaling, and leading ServiceNow practices, coupled with her proven strategy for ServiceNow Partner management, makes her an expert liaison between the company and ServiceNow’s alliances channel and account and product teams.
