Dan Jerke is a Manager in ICF’s Power Markets practice area. Mr. Jerke manages teams to perform quantitative analyses of electric power markets. He advises financial clients, developers, and independent power producers on power asset transactions and commercial due diligence.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Jerke spent five years with the New York Independent System Operator, where he led the implementation of market power mitigation rules, presented market design proposals, and served as an expert witness before FERC.
Mr. Jerke holds a B.S. degree with dual majors in Applied Economics and Natural Resources from Cornell University and an M.S. degree in Financial Engineering and Risk Analytics from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
