Wendy Jaehn

Wendy Jaehn has more than 14 years of experience supporting energy efficiency programs and helping organizations evolve and succeed.

Prior to joining ICF, Ms. Jaehn served as executive director of the Chicago Area Runners Association, where she rebranded the organization, developed a short- and long-term strategic plan, re-engaged the organization in regional policy initiatives, and brought new partnerships to fruition. She was one of the first employees of the Midwest Energy Efficiency Alliance (MEEA), serving first as their program director and helped grow the organization’s residential and commercial programs. Ms. Jaehn later became MEEA’s president and executive director and developed MEEA’s strategic vision, policy initiative and oversaw the financial and internal operations. She has received both a Leadership Award and the Chairman's Award, MEEA's highest individual honor for her service at MEEA.

Ms. Jaehn holds an M.B.A. in Managerial Economics from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Environmental Systems Technology from Cornell University.
