Amira Hossain is a member of ICF’s Executive Leadership Team and serves as the global head of Corporate Development. She is responsible for driving ICF's M&A growth strategy.
After joining ICF in 2020, Amira spearheaded the seamless integration of ICF’s largest acquisition to date: leading digital transformation provider ITG.
Amira has extensive experience spanning the M&A lifecycle and specifically in cross-border transactions and various complex regulatory markets. She has managed over 50 transactions—ranging from $80 million to $88 billion—for Fortune 500 companies in the consulting services, pharmaceuticals, consumer packaged goods, aerospace and defense, media, and telecommunications sectors. Her prior roles include leading M&A integration for McCormick & Company, managing end-to-end transactions at Deloitte and KPMG, and working as an investment banker.
Amira has executive training in business transformation from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and in strategic planning from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics and statistics from The George Washington University.
