Sam Hile ICF Alumni

Associate

Sam Hile is an Associate with ICF focused on distributed energy resources, specializing in Utility of the Future business strategy, regulatory policy, and grid modernization. He is currently supporting the US Department of Energy’s Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) on program strategy development. Mr. Hile graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor’s in Physics, and holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management, Energy and the Environment from Duke University.
