Bryan Higgins is a technical specialist for ICF's survey research business with more than 10 years of experience in designing surveys and analyzing the resultant data. He has worked on several survey research projects across a spectrum of topics including transportation, military health, nonprofit organization research, and youth risk behaviors.
Dr. Higgins' project roles have included development of survey methodology and instrumentation, survey administration management, data management, automated reporting, and statistical analysis. He specializes in the development of survey methodology including web and paper-based instrument design, communication protocols, and nonresponse studies, as well as, the conduct of descriptive and inferential data analyses.
Dr. Higgins holds a Ph.D. in Human Ecology (Child & Family Studies) from the University of Tennessee, a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, and a bachelor's degree in psychology from Virginia Tech.
