Michelle Paul Heelan, Ph.D. is a human capital director with over twenty years of experience leading the design/development, implementation, and evaluation of human capital systems. Her expertise includes employee and leadership development, program and training evaluation, organizational assessment, change management, business process redesign, and training/meeting facilitation. Michelle's emphasis on climate and culture change management and assessing the bottom-line impact of various human resource initiatives helps clients to improve individual, group, and organizational performance. Her clients include the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate, the National Institutes of Health, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Michelle has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
