Michelle’s emphasis on change management and assessing the bottom-line impact of various human resource initiatives helps clients improve individual, group, and organizational performance. Her clients include the National Institutes of Health, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, the Department of Homeland Security’s Science and Technology Directorate, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Michelle’s expertise includes leadership development, program and training evaluation, change management, organizational assessment, business process redesign, and virtual facilitation. She is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, serves as a member of the Expanding the Bench Evaluation Advisory Team, and has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park.
