Shannon Hatcher has more than 12 years of experience as an air quality and environmental professional. He specializes in air quality and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventory development and environmental impact analyses within the California Environmental Quality Act/National Environmental Policy Act (CEQA/NEPA) framework. He also prepares and oversees air quality, climate change, and noise studies for a variety of transportation, infrastructure, planning, and other development projects. His lead responsibilities include field investigations, modeling assessments, impact analysis, mitigation strategy development, report preparation and analysis, and document peer review and QA/QC.
Mr. Hatcher has a B.S. in Environmental Science and a B.S. in Environmental Health and Safety from Oregon State University.
