An ambitious team leader and advisor, Julie helps clients solve problems with creativity, innovation and a fresh perspective. Julie has a range of experience across brand strategy, advertising, campaign planning, digital design, and media. She is also skilled in the areas of public relations, customer relationship management, loyalty, and analytics.

Julie has led B2C and B2B accounts for nearly 20 brands in 10 major industries, including healthcare, consumer packaged goods, electronics, hospitality, higher education, and transportation. Some of her more notable accomplishments include: Leading national brand campaigns for Supercuts, Cheerios, Horizon Organic, International Delight and Northwestern Mutual; Developing a go-to-market strategy, brand purpose and identity for Chinese electronics company, Hisense, in preparation for their U.S. market launch; Launching Manitoba Harvest’s first line of CBD products, helping to define a new category of Cannabis-derived dietary supplements; Delivering six consecutive years of growth for Discover Boating, a national recreation association; Leading the rebranding of P.F. Changs and Pei Wei restaurants; Defining and launching 3M’s new medical solutions brand globally after the company’s largest acquisition in history.

Her deep partnership with clients has led to many multi-year agency relationships and expansion of business beyond initial engagements. Her ability to connect ideas across disciplines and champion breakthrough creative ideas makes her a valuable partner to colleagues and clients alike.

Prior to joining our team, Julie worked at agencies Fallon and Martin Williams in Minneapolis.
