Michael Frakes has more than 30 years of government consulting experience. He specializes in assisting public sector clients in implementing project management best practices and complying with U.S. federal acquisition management requirements and processes. His expertise covers regulatory and policy analysis, economic evaluations, systems engineering, project management system implementations, federal Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC) reporting, and program evaluations. Project experience has included clients at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI), and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Mr. Frakes is a member of the Maryland Bar and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
