Al Dugas joined ICF in 2005 and serves as the lead contact and program manager for two utility electrotechnology programs. He specializes in the development, design, and implementation of utility load-building programs with a focus on non-road electrotechnologies. Mr. Dugas also has experience managing or contributing to energy efficiency programs such as the ENERGY STAR for New Homes Program and the ENERGY STAR Multi-family Program for utility clients.
Prior to joining ICF, Mr. Dugas worked for a utility and held various positions in energy efficiency, regulatory affairs, sales and marketing, and customer service. He also previously worked for a homebuilder and has a deep understanding of the homebuilding industry.
Mr. Dugas has an M.B.A. from the University of St. Thomas and a B.B.A. in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Houston.
