Allison Cook

Allison Cook has experience in conducting research in the areas of workforce development, job analysis, employee assessment, and employee work-life issues. She has worked with various clients in federal agencies and the transportation industry on projects to assist agencies in recruiting and retaining a highly qualified workforce, to identify future research needs and potential skill gaps as well as presenting ideas to overcome these issues, and to identify best practices in job analysis, training, and recruitment. Ms. Cook has strong research and data analysis skills, with experience in conducting interviews and focus groups, developing and administering surveys, and various types of advanced data analysis.

Ms. Cook has a Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University and is currently completing her Ph.D. in the same field.
