Since joining ICF International in 2001, Patrick Coleman has led assessment, training and technical assistance, and research and evaluation projects in victim services, disaster behavioral health, youth at risk, and juvenile justice/delinquency prevention. He has more than 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating programs at the local, State, and Federal level. He oversees such projects as the Office for Victims of Crime National Training and Technical Assistance Center.
Mr. Coleman previously served as Principal Deputy Director of the Bureau of Justice Assistance at the Office of Justice Programs, Department of Justice (DOJ). He holds a B.G.S. from the University of Iowa and an M.P.A. from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
