Tris Carpenter has more than 16 years of strategic IT management and consulting experience with leadership capability across travel, utilities, telecommunications, and public sector industry verticals. He is experienced in building strategic global accounts with diverse cross-functional teams while forging strong relationships with CxO and VP-level executives.
Mr. Carpenter has expertise in leading and delivering complex business transformation programs, leveraging a global delivery model (GDM). He has directed several large IT-enabled business solutions in multifarious distributed environments, including enterprise architecture (EA), service-oriented architecture (SOA), business process improvement (BPI), and enterprise portal implementations.
Mr. Carpenter has an M.B.A. from the College of William and Mary and B.S. degrees in Information Systems and Finance from George Mason University.
