Russell Carleton has worked as a frontline clinician, working directly with children and adolescents with mental health problems, and as a technical writer, data manager, and statistical consultant for several projects related to child and adolescent mental health. In his therapeutic work, he has conducted individual, family, and group therapy with children and adolescents presenting with a wide range of diagnoses. Dr. Carleton has also provided supervision and oversight for the collection, entry, cleaning, and analysis of several longitudinal studies on mental healthcare issues. He has contributed technical and statistical expertise to several other projects, including those concerning mental healthcare for young women with HIV.
