Rebekah Cambre has over 18 years of experience conducting financial analysis and implementing effective customer support operational processes focused on achieving goals and objectives. She is responsible for all customer support and processing operations for energy efficiency programs. She has supported launch and transition of customer service and processing activities for 23 utility clients across the country. Ms. Cambre assisted the start-up of energy efficiency programs with Consumers Energy, DTE, BGE, Pepco, and Ameren Missouri where she led the team responsible for tracking deliverables and escalating customer calls though a multi-tier call center. This broad base of experience with the quick ramp-up of field implementation for residential, commercial and industrial programs has delivered a seamless transition, continuity in services, achievement of the energy savings goals, and delivery of a positive customer experience.
Rebekah previously served as the Deputy Director of Homeowner Operations for the $10-billion Louisiana Road Home program, the largest housing compensation program ever facilitated by federal and state governments. Ms. Cambre directed a staff of up to 700 employees across 15 multi-state locations that processed more than 185,000 grant applications in less than three years.
Ms. Cambre holds a B.A. in Accounting from Louisiana State University.
