Aurora Bushner serves as senior vice president of delivery for ICF's Incentive Technology Group (ITG) division, where she provides strategic leadership for ITG's delivery and operations. Her team advises and delivers large-scale IT systems modernization and business transformation for the public sector. Aurora has a keen focus on client engagement and growth, as well as talent acquisition and creating opportunities to develop team members. She adeptly manages diverse teams to achieve results while maintaining a collaborative, responsive environment for clients.
Prior to joining ICF, Aurora served as ITG's executive vice president, where she successfully established the delivery frameworks and practices for agile software development at scale across several technology practices and client verticals. With a focus on detail, accountability, quality, and transparency, her team delivered more than 700 applications supporting mission-critical systems.
Aurora brings 19 years of experience spanning the the civilian, department of defense, health, homeland, and justice agencies. Prior to joining ITG, she held several leadership roles at IntelliDyne. Aurora holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice Legal Studies from Marshall University.
