Eleanor is a skilled policy analyst and evaluator, with over 30 years of experience in consultancy, government and academia. She has worked in the United States, United Kingdom and on assignments for the European Commission. She originally trained as a city planner, then became involved in economic development and now regards labor market analysis as her primary area of policy expertise.
Eleanor is a regular contributor to the European Employment Policy Observatory and the European Public Employment Services Mutual Learning Project. She has a successful track record of delivering strategic planning projects, operational reviews and post-implementation assessments.
As a skilled consultant Eleanor combines in-depth knowledge of her policy field with highly developed analytical and technical competences, project management and client liaison skills.
