Priyangana Borah has more than 5 years of experience in providing advisory support to various multilaterals, Central government of India, State governments and various Private clients in the field of energy management and climate change. Prior to ICF, she was associated with an Energy Saving Company (ESCO) firm empaneled with Bureau of Energy Efficiency by the name of Advance Metering Technology Limited based in Noida.
Some of the projects Priyangana has worked on:
- Conducting three days residential capacity building programs for eleven Government Electricity Distribution Companies (DISCOMs- 4 programs for each DISCOM: 44 programs) on Energy Efficiency and Demand Side Management on behalf of Bureau of Energy Efficiency, GoI
- Updating the Marginal Abatement Cost curve (MACC) and prioritizing EE & RE projects based on the MACC for the state of Jharkhand and Manipur
- Techno economic assessment of establishing a self-sustainable motor testing and rewinding center
- Energy efficiency Benchmarking of the hotels of Chiang Mai, Thailand
