Dr. Rachel Day Barney has more than 10 years of applied and research experience in the areas of leadership development, change management, succession planning, and federal human resources. She regularly conducts leadership development training and has developed knowledge management systems as part of succession planning execution. Having a strong background in statistics, test design, and assessment, her work regularly comprises a rigorous program evaluation component. She also develops and coordinates formal mentoring programs, conducts career coaching, and helps her federal clients develop strategic plans for talent management and human capital planning.
Dr. Barney has a master’s degree and a Ph.D in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
