"Honesty is compelling, but it still has to beat the noise and reach ears – honesty demands strategy."

Jackie Attwood-Dupont, is a Director at PulsePoint Group, where she focuses on organizational design, process optimization, cost analysis and large-scale transformation.  Her experience ranges across industries, and has included work for Deloitte, DuPont (no relation), Disney, General Mills, Lexus, Toyota and Wells Fargo.

Jackie has worked with her clients to meet many challenges resulting from new digital requirements and a new kind of customer.  Past projects have focused on the need to reduce overall operational cost (often by many millions of dollars), the requirement to re-align the organization to changing business imperatives, and the need to adjust work focus and process to continue to drive growth for the organization in a resource-scarce environment. Questions of how to align resources to new areas best suited to drive new profit, or support new systems are core to the work in transformation Jackie leads.

Prior to joining PulsePoint Group, Jackie worked on the communications team at Disney Interactive, partnering closely with marketing and events in supporting the launch of their biggest gaming initiative, Disney Infinity.  She also worked on the Technology Communications Team at FleishmanHillard’s global hub in London, supporting media relations and reputation efforts for companies including Huawei and AT&T.

Jackie holds a double masters in Global Media and Communications, completed jointly at the London School of Economics and the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication. She also studied at Oxford University and completed her undergraduate degree at Middlebury College.
