Jackie focuses on organizational design, process optimization, cost analysis, and large-scale transformation. Her experience ranges across industries, and has included work for Bristol Myers Squibb, Corteva Agriscience, Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), Deloitte, General Mills, Lexus, Toyota, and Wells Fargo.
Jackie works with her clients to meet challenges related to organizational design, process, and team engagement, often through large-scale change. Past projects have focused on the need to reduce overall operational cost (often by many millions of dollars), the requirement to re-align the organization to changing business imperatives, and the need to adjust work focus and process to continue to drive growth for the organization in a resource-scarce environment.
Jackie has experience leading organizational design and change management for teams as they progress through transformation, including mergers and acquisitions, large technology changes, and leadership changes.
Prior to joining us, Jackie worked on the communications team at Disney Interactive, partnering closely with marketing and events in supporting the launch of their biggest gaming initiative, Disney Infinity. She also worked on the technology communications team at Fleishman Hillard’s global hub in London, supporting media relations and reputation efforts for companies including Huawei and AT&T.
