Jackie is a director at PulsePoint Group where she focuses on social strategy, listening, and organizational design for the communications function.
Prior to joining PulsePoint Group, Jackie worked on the public relations team at Disney Interactive, supporting the launch of their biggest gaming initiative, Disney Infinity, as well as PR activities for numerous mobile apps and content on Disney.com.
While working at FleishmanHillard’s global hub in London, Jackie supported global PR efforts for technology companies such as Huawei and AT&T. Her work spanned traditional media relations, issues management, and digital-focused campaigns.
Jackie’s appreciation for the power of communication and storytelling comes from her background in publishing. She worked as a writer and editor for publications, including InStyle and National Geographic’s Journeys of a Lifetime and Traveler book series. And while working for The Atlantic, Jackie’s role sat at the intersection of content creation and brand positioning. She assisted in developing and coordinating high profile thought leadership events to solidify the magazine’s value as a hub for ideas.
Jackie holds a double masters in Global Media and Communications, completed jointly at the London School of Economics and the University of Southern California’s Annenberg School for Communication. She also studied at Oxford University and spent her undergraduate years as an English Literature major at Middlebury College.
