Dr. Fred Arnold

Fred Arnold has 40 years of experience providing technical assistance in all phases of survey implementation and analysis in developing countries. He has been directly involved in the design and implementation of population-based surveys in Asia, Africa, and South America.

Dr. Arnold advises international agencies on malaria (as a member of the Monitoring and Evaluation Reference Group of the RBM Partnership to Eliminate Malaria), maternal and child health (as a member of the Core Group on Improving Coverage Measurement in Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health), and nutrition (UNICEF Advisory Committee for the Supply Innovation Project), as well as health expenditures, tobacco use, and environmental health.
