Marcela Aguilar has 15 years of experience in developing, implementing, and leading behavior change communication and social marketing programs. Her areas of expertise include strategy development, campaign management, audience research, partnership development, and materials development. Ms. Aguilar currently manages health communication and social marketing projects in veterans’ behavioral health, eye health, and monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of national-level communication efforts.
Ms. Aguilar has provided in-country training and technical assistance in Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Jordan, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Tanzania, Thailand, Zambia, and the United States. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
