Web Content Administrator.
Content Admin to work with our teams across federal, state, and local government client accounts. If you’re passionate about making sure the right public health content reaches the right people when and where they need it This position can be remote.
Web Content Administrator,
Content Management Systems
are in compliance with Section requirements
– prioritizing, delegating, tracking, and reporting on tasks conducted by the team
to manage Operations & Maintenance tasks
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure content updates are made correctly to each environment
Use multiple metrics platforms to understand the story of how users engage with our content
Collaborate with graphic designers, user experience experts, content strategists, and client stakeholders to support the revision of existing pages and the creation of new web content
Be a creative thinker and problem solver
Web Content Administrator you will have:
Bachelor’s degree in related field
web content management with public health content is a plus
Demonstrated experience within a CMS. Experience with Drupal, Service Now, WordPress, or SharePoint is preferred.
Experience with analytics
Strong writing skills
Comfortable working with remote teams
large websites; experience with federal clients is a plus
presenting to leadership teams

Ability to work independently, seek help as needed and contribute to team and company culture
