Vice President, Brand & Creative Services

We’re hiring a Senior Director for our Brand & Creative Services to help grow the company’s brand and enhance its visibility in the markets we serve.
The Vice President, Brand & Creative Services will be a member of the company’s marketing leadership team and will help to oversee the company’s brand strategy, creative design approach, and digital strategy. Managing an integrated team of creatives, brand strategists, and producers, the Senior Director will be responsible for leading the production of a wide range of dynamic assets in support of the company’s mission and growth. The Senior Director will work to ensure a highly productive and high-quality approach to creative services and delivery to help drive brand growth at the highest level while also supporting a broad array of go-to-market campaigns, events and activities. In this role, you’ll focus on the following:
What You'll Do
Not just a creative lead, this role will focus on brand, product marketing and creative operations and delivery.
Manage the company’s brand strategy including vision, governance, training, enablement and activation.
Manage and help grow an integrated team of creative design, UX and brand managers including internal staff, agency teams, and off-shore resources.
Partner with communications team to develop and activate enterprise level brand campaigns to build awareness of ICF at the highest level.
Partner with demand generation, capture and campaign teams to ensure strong sense of brand in client and market facing materials.
Oversee approach, operations and delivery of creative assets including flagship branded content pieces, dynamic content and infographics, corporate reports, white papers, and campaign assets including digital, video, and print content pieces.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality look and feel for ICF’s brand across a variety of internal and external channels including owned and earned, digital and physical.
Help to ensure, working with ICF’s content team, a strong and consistent editorial voice and compelling messaging across brand, creative and digital channels.
Lead ICF’s product marketing strategy, including governing the creation of new sub-brands for products, solutions and services; facilitating name-storming and brand development sessions and workshops.
Lead and project manage key corporate programs, special events & projects as needed.
What You'll Need
10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
Experience working with marketers, agencies, copywriters, designers, subject matter experts and clients/stakeholders.
Proven ability to work directly with senior leaders and stakeholders to set expectations and manage programs, maximize events and collaborations, and provide ongoing strategic client counsel.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to grow a team by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback and leading by example.
Proven ability to work across teams/divisions/departments to get things done.
Strong project management skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities, organize, and execute.
Bachelor’s degree & excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Corporate marketing and/or digital creative or marketing agency experience preferred.
Experience with web production workflow and process.
Editorial, messaging or content marketing experience – the ability to help shape messaging and positioning – preferred but not required.
Experience with product strategy, product marketing and/or solution marketing.
