Training Events Coordinator- Fairfax, Virginia Office
Are you an entry level professional or an experienced administrative professional looking for your next opportunity? We are looking for excited individuals to manage our training materials room as well as provide support to our EPA-funded training program!
ICF seeks a candidate for the position of Training Event Coordinator on our contract with EPA’s Office of Land and Emergency Management (OLEM). The successful candidate will need to work on-site, full time at our Fairfax, Virginia location.

What you’ll do:
Provide logistical and administrative support for the development and delivery of technical training courses, including general support for the production and shipping of training materials and supplies.
Be responsible for the OLEM training room, including ensuring the room is organized and adequately supplied.
Provide multimedia support for work products developed under the contract including training courses, reports, presentations, and outreach materials.
What you will need to have:
Professional degree or equivalent years (2+) working in event or training coordination, administration, or logistics support in a consulting firm or business setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Preferred skills we are looking for:
Highly organized team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy for all work products.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Understanding of 508 compliance a plus.
