We’re seeking a Recruiter to support our Federal, State, and local work.

Partnering with both government and commercial clients, our IT modernization team makes an impact: creating the systems that combat human trafficking, contributing our IT expertise to COVID-19 prevention, creating a data-driven approach for smoking cessation efforts – and more. The selected recruiter will join a large team of recruiters and will work remotely from home in any location in the US.

As a Recruiter you will have:

• 3+ years of Recruitment experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or additional years of related experience
• Experience with Management consulting
• Experience recruiting for ServiceNow, Appian, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Cloud platforms
• Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines
• Proven track record and ability to find, recruit, vet, and hire top talent
• Advanced skills in web search/sourcing, networking, and direct sourcing
• Hands-on experience recruiting for talent in the federal/civilian agencies

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$68,325.00 - $116,152.00
